Return & Cancellation
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and cancel the contract.
You can declare your cancellation/return informally via email to contact@cyclz.shop . Alternatively, you can find an optional cancellation form here.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Return costs in case of cancellation The costs for returning the goods when exercising the right of cancellation are borne by CYCLZ, unless there is obvious fault on your part for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of vouchers.
Exchange
Items can be exchanged upon request. To do so, please contact us at contact@cyclz.shop . We will be happy to provide you with a return label and send you the replacement item.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
