• Optionally:
  ➤ 1 GEL 160 approximately 15–30 minutes before the start to activate your carbohydrate stores – especially effective for fasted training or morning races

• Recommended intake:
  ➤ 1 GEL 160 every 45–60 minutes, depending on load and body weight
  ➤ Due to the higher energy per serving, you need fewer gels, which is very practical on the racing bike
